About Me

I’m an OpenStreetMap volunteer living in Montréal, Québec. I have a particular interest in mapping sidewalks with a focus on accessibility data, under the OpenSidewalks schema. I also enjoy micromapping parks, bicycle parking, and other things that increase the value of the map for people traveling by any method other than by car.

I chose my name because when I map, I go out on surveys to find out about new areas, then come home to communicate that information: just like a bee!

Besides mapping and urbanism, I also have an interest in free open source software, environmental science, and gardening.
